Abstract

The maternal and neonatal mortality rate are the issue around the world. The government do all the effort to suppress the maternal and neonatal death. The purpose of this case study is to find out the results of care given to the mother “K” age 34 years old multigravid with oligohidramnion and Fetal Distress from 34 weeks and 5 days of gestational ages until postpartum. The method in determining the cases is conducted by interview, examinations, observation and documentation. Mother “K” at the 39 weeks and 5 days gestational ages had Oligohidramnion with fetal distress and delivered with section caesarea. During the postpartum there was no complication. During the process of uterine involution, lochea, lactation, until 42 days are in normal limits Mother consumed Sauropus androgynus leafes to increase the production of breastmilk. The neonatal’s care giving with standars. The developmental and growth of the baby runs physiologically. Providing midwife care with standards is very important to control and detect the complications in the process of pregnancy, labour, postpartum and the baby.
