Abstract

Maternal and infant mortality rates are a problem that exists in various countries. The government made various efforts to continuously suppress the MMR and IMR. This author aims to determine the application of midwifery care to 21 years old Mrs. "TD" of multigravida from 30 weeks to 42 days postpartum. The development of pregnancy does take place physiologically and in the third trimester at 33weeks the mother examines Hb to obtain normal results. Fetal well-being is characterized by normal FHR and fetal movements are felt to be active. Childbirth takes place at 40weeks 6 daysof gestation and delivery takes place physiologically. The process of involution, removal of lochia and lactation during the puerperium takes place normally. The baby is born crying immediately, active motion with a birth weight of 2,830 grams. It can be concluded that the development of pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth and newborns in Mrs. "TD" takes place according to the standards of midwifery care.Midwives are expected to gain experience in studying cases during practice in the form of SOAP management and are expected to increase their knowledge and skills in carrying out comprehensive midwifery care for clients.
