Abstract
THE CORELLATION BETWEEN ANXIETY LEVEL OF BREASTFEEDING MOTHER DURING YEAR 0 UNTIL 2 WITH THE SMOOTH DELIVERY OF BREAST MILK DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN UPT. KESMAS UBUD I ABSTRACT Feelings of anxiety can have an effect on the release of milk which causes the milk to come out late. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused high levels of anxiety among the Indonesian population which could affect the smooth flow of breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of anxiety of mothers during 0-2 years of breastfeeding with the smooth delivery of breast milk during the COVID-19 pandemic in the UPT. Kesmas Ubud I uses a correlational research design that aims to reveal correlative relationships between variables with a cross-sectional approach. Sampling using nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The sample size used in the study was 105 samples. The results showed that the majority of breastfeeding mothers had a moderate level of anxiety as many as 40 people (38.1%), 48 people (45.7%) experienced unsuccessful breastfeeding, and p = 0.00 < alpha (0.05) The hypothesis of this study is accepted, which means that there is a significant relationship between the level of anxiety of mothers during breastfeeding 0–2 years with the smooth release of breast milk during the COVID-19 pandemic in the UPT. Kesmas Ubud I. Researchers hope there will be a health service program related to efforts to deal with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on people's mental health.
