Abstract
A spring is a water source that emerges automatically to the surface from the ground. The source of the water flow comes from groundwater that has fractured so that it emerges to the surface. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of water pollution and the physical, chemical and biological quality of water from the eye. water Beji Taman Sedah. This research method is descriptive. The result of the calculation of the level of pollution using the pollution index method is 5.7. Based on the results of the examination, the physical and chemical quality does not exceed the maximum level, for the bacteriological quality of the water exceeds the maximum level. So the conclusion of this research is the level of water pollution of the garden of sedah beji with a value of 5.0 <PLj ≤ 10 with moderate pollution information. The physical and chemical quality of water meets the requirements, for the bacteriological quality of water does not meet the requirements according to the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation number 492 / MENKES / PER / 2010. Suggestion for the Selat Puskesmas UPTD to continue to carry out water quality checks, the Peringsari Village Community and Beji Taman Sedah Water Users must wash their hands thoroughly before taking water, Wash thoroughly the equipment used to collect water.
