Abstract
Chronic renal failure is a disorder of kidney function in which the kidney's ability to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance, CKD patients experience several symptoms that often occur, including fatigue, lethargy, cognitive dysfunction, pruritus, sleep disturbances, anorexia and nausea, leg cramps. and depressive symptoms. The purpose of writing this Final Scientific Paper for Nurses (KIA-N) is to analyze cases managed with Chronic Kidney Disease clients in the emergency room at Karangasem Hospital in 2021. The study conducted on cases managed I and II found data on patients complaining of dyspnea, irregular breathing patterns. abnormal, and minor data found decreased inspiratory and expiratory pressures. Based on the results of the assessment carried out, the main nursing diagnosis raised was acute pain. One of the interventions given to overcome the problem of nursing diagnoses ineffective breathing patterns is the provision of slow deep breathing exercise therapy. Mr. WP has a moderate level of fatigue and after being given slow deep breathing relaxation there is no decrease in fatigue but there are signs of symptoms that are changing, namely not easily drowsy, able to maintain physical activity at the usual level, there is no increase in physical complaints. The second patient, namely Mrs. WP, had a moderate level of fatigue and after being given slow deep breathing relaxation there was a decrease in fatigue and there were signs of changing symptoms, namely not being easily sleepy, able to concentrate, no increase in physical complaints.
