Abstract
AN OVERVIEW OF DIET IN GASTRITIS TEENAGERS IN SMA N 1 SELAT KARANGASEM REGENCY IN 2021 ABSTRACT Gastritis is a growth in the mucous membrane marked with discomfort in the upper abdomen, nausea, vomiting, decreased appetite and headache. This disease is more popular called stomach disease. The occurrence of gastritis is due to a free diet that affects the health of the body. The purpose of this research is to find out the patterns of eating in teenagers in at SMA N 1 Selat Karangasem Regency in 2021. This study uses quantitative methods with cross sectional research plans and research carried out in April. The population in this study uses the Acessible Population with 41 samples. The instrument used is a feeding pattern quantifier. The results of the study show that most juvenile eating patterns in poor categories with 32 responders (78%). In addition, most 18-year-olds responded with 29 responders (70.7%), of whom 33 responders (80.5%).It is recommended that the UKS and PMR teachers please give an explanation of eating patterns in adolescent gastritis. The conclusion is that irregular eating patterns can cause gastritis. Keywords: Diet, Teenagers, Gastritis
