Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF CHARACTERISTIC AND PERCEPTION OF THIRD TRIMESTER PREGNANT WOMEN REGARDING ANTENATAL CARE DURING THE CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 19 PANDEMIC AT THE KINTAMANI V HEALTH CENTER ABSTRACT The pandemic situation causes pregnant women to be reluctant to go to health facilities for fear of contracting the COVID-19, but pregnant women must still check their pregnancy. The purpose of the study was to determine the characteristic and perception of third trimester pregnant women regarding antenatal care during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Kintamani V Health Center. This type of research was a descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. The research was conducted in the Kintamani V Health Center working area in April-May 2021, a large sample of 60 respondents was pregnant women in the third trimester using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The characteristic of pregnant women who receive the most antenatal care include age 20-35 years (90%), basic education (56.7%) working mothers (85%), family income is less than or equal to the Bangli UMK (58.3%), and the distance from the house is less than or equal to 2 km (61.7%). Respondents have a negative perception (51.7%) because there were visitors who did not use masks (5%), afraid of rapid tests (8.3%), and 10% were afraid. Third trimester pregnant women who have a greater negative perception of antenatal care during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Kintamani V Health Center. Health protocols, especially cleanliness and distance in the waiting room, need to be rearranged so that pregnant women feel comfortable checking their pregnancy at the health center. Key words: Carakteristic, Perception, Antenatal, COVID-19 Pandemic GAMBARAN KARAKTERISTIK DAN PERSEPSI IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III TERKAIT PELAYANAN ANTENATAL SELAMA MASA PANDEMI CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 19 DI PUSKESMAS KINTAMANI V ABSTRAK Situasi pandemi menyebabkan ibu hamil enggan ke fasilitas kesehatan karena takut tertular COVID-19, namun ibu hamil harus tetap memeriksakan kehamilannya. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui karakteritik dan persepsi ibu hamil trimester III terkait pelayanan antenatal selama masa pandemi COVID-19 di Puskesmas Kintamani V. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kintamani V pada bulan Apri-Mei 2021, besar sampel 60 responden ibu hamil trimester III dengan teknik pusposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Karakteristik ibu hamil yang mendapatkan pelayanan antenatal paling banyak meliputi umur 20-35 tahun (90%), pendidikan dasar (56,7%) ibu bekerja (85%), pendapatan keluarga UMK Bangli (58,3%), dan jarak rumah 2 km (61,7%). Responden memiliki persepsi negatif (51,7%) karena adanya pengunjung yang tidak menggunakan masker (5%), takut rapid test (8,3%), dan takut kerumunan sebanyak 10%. Ibu hamil trimester III yang memiliki persepsi negatif lebih besar terkait pelayanan antenatal selama masa pandemi COVID-19 di Puskesmas Kintamani V. Protokol kesehatan terutama kebersihan dan jarak pada ruang tunggu perlu ditata kembali sehingga ibu hamil merasa nyaman memeriksakan kehamilannya di Puskesmas.
