Abstract
Kidney failure is a condition that kidneys experience a slow, progressive, irreversible, and insidious decline in function in which the body's ability to fail to maintain metabolism, fluid and electrolyte balance, results in uremia or azotemia. Writing KIA-N aims to determine the description of pre-hemodialysis nursing care in chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients with acute pain nursing problems in the hemodialysis room of Sanjiwani Hospital Gianyar. The results of this KIA-N writing show that there are similarities between subjective data and objective data in the two patients managed, namely complaining of pain, grimacing and restlessness. In the diagnosis, there are nursing diagnosis data according to components P (problem), E (etiology), Signs and symptoms. The nursing plan is given according to the SLKI and SIKI which consists of the main intervention and the supporting intervention, the implementation of nursing is given in accordance with the nursing plan.
