Abstract
Mental disorders that occur in this era of globalization and free competition tend to increase. One of the mental disorders that we often find and treat is schizophrenia. The purpose of this writing is to be able to apply nursing care to Mr. IKS. The main complaint is usually in the form of talking to yourself, laughing to yourself, smiling to yourself, moving your lips without making a sound, withdrawing from others, unable to distinguish between real and not real, facial expressions tense, irritable, irritated and angry, fear, disorientation, time, place and place. people, cannot take care of themselves and do not carry out daily activities. In addition, the patient said he heard a voice telling him to hit people around him. The nursing diagnosis indicates that the client has sensory perception disorders. One of the interventions that can be implemented is Group Activity Therapy (TAK) with 3 times a week. Based on the writing, it can be concluded that the application of group activity therapy can be applied properly and is able to help patients control the hallucinations they experience.
