Abstract
Broadman area necrosis four and six in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients causes impaired physical mobility. The purpose of this study was to determine the nursing care of physical mobility disorders in Mr. JK with a non-hemorrhagic stroke in the Astina Room of the Sanjiwani Hospital, Gianyar. The results of the study found that on the nursing assessment patient complained that it was difficult to move his left hand and leg, decreased muscle strength, namely 4 on left extremities and decreased range of motion (ROM). The nursing diagnosis formulated is impaired physical mobility associated with neuromuscular disorders. The nursing plan refers to the Indonesian Nursing Outcome Standard (SLKI) guidelines with increased physical mobility outcomes and the nursing intervention refers to the Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standards (SIKI) guidelines with the main intervention being mobilization support, positioning intervention and ball handheld ROM exercise innovation intervention. Nursing implementation is carried out according to the planned intervention for 3 x 24 hours. The nursing evaluation showed the goals were achieved in part because one of the outcomes set had not been achieved. Giving handheld ball ROM exercises can be an intervention used to increase muscle strength in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients. Keyword: Stroke, Impaired Physical Mobility, ROM.
