The purpose of this study was to describe the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents aged 15-19 years about the prevention of unwanted pregnancy in Banjar Juga Mas Ubud, Gianyar. This type of research is descriptive with a cross-sectional approach. This research was conducted from March 1 to April 1, 2021 with a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 46 people. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires via google form, data analysis using univariate in the form of frequency distribution. The results showed that of the 46 respondents, who had good knowledge of 84.8%, sufficient knowledge was 10.9%, and lack of knowledge was 4.3%, while the attitudes of adolescents about the prevention of unwanted pregnancy who had positive attitudes were 60.9. % and those who have negative attitudes are 39.1%. So the conclusion shows that most of the value of good knowledge is 34.8%, a positive attitude is 60.9%, and good knowledge with a positive attitude about preventing unwanted pregnancy is 54.3%.
