Abstract
KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDES OF GIRL ADOLESCENT ABOUT EARLY PREGNANCY IN BEBALANG VILLAGE, BANGLI DISTRICT, BANGLI REGENCY ABSTRACT Adolescence is a period of transition from child to adult. Problems that often arise as a result of physical, emotional and social changes in adolescents are free sex, early pregnancy, and the spread of sexually transmitted diseases including HIV/AIDS. Early pregnancy can have a detrimental impact, especially for young women, both physically, psychologically and socially. The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge and attitudes of young women about early pregnancy. The result of the research is that the characteristics of respondents are 43.11% aged 17-19 years, 53% are high school student. Knowledge of young women in the Bebalang village is 52.6% in the good category, 44% in the sufficient category and 3.4% in the less category. Attitudes of young women in Bebalang 93.1% support efforts to prevent early pregnancy and 6.9% do not support efforts to prevent early pregnancy. The existence of youth posyandu can be the right media in efforts to prevent and improve adolescent health, especially reproductive health.
