Abstract

NURSING CARE CLEAN THE AIRWAY IN EFFECTIVE IN PATIENTS WITH PNEUMONIA IN THE ROOM ER SANJIWANI GIANYAR HOSPITAL YEAR 2021 ABSTRACT Pneumonia in a general sense is an inflammation of the parenchyma caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites, but pneumonia can also be caused by chemicals or due to physical exposure such as temperature or radiation. The purpose of this scientific work is to describe ineffective airway clearance nursing care for pneumonia patients, including nursing assessments to nursing evaluations by providing clapping vibration (chest physiotherapy) innovation interventions in the IGD Sanjiwani Gianyar. This research uses a case study method with data collection techniques. The results of this study found: the study in both cases managed to experience pneumonia resulting in accumulation of secretions. The nursing diagnosis formulated is ineffective airway clearance marked by retained secretions. Planning refers to the SDKI, SLKI, and SIKI. The intervention used is airway management. Implementation is given in accordance with nursing actions that have been planned. The nursing evaluation used in the documentation is SOAP with evaluation of the intervention of clapping vibration (chest physiotherapy) for the two patients being managed, namely increased airway clearance. Clapping vibration intervention or chest physiotherapy is one of the most effective physiotherapy used to overcome the problem of ineffective airway clearance in pneumonia patients in the emergency room.
