Abstract
Nursing Care for Ineffective Risk of Cerebral Perfusion in Patients with Moderate Head Injuries in Emergency Installation Room of Sanjiwani Gianyar Hospital 2021 ABSTRACT The problem of cerebral perfusion risk is not effective in CKS if not treated immediately, it will increase intracranial pressure and even death. The purpose of this scientific work is to find out nursing care for the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion in moderate head injury patients, including assessment and evaluation of nursing by providing innovative interventions in the 30-degree head-up position in the IGD Sanjiwani Gianyar. The nursing diagnosis formulated is the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion as evidenced by head injury. The interventions used are management of increased intracranial pressure and monitoring of intracranial pressure with increased cerebral perfusion. Implementation is given in accordance with the planned intervention. The nursing evaluation used in the documentation is SOAP with an evaluation of the 30-degree head-up position intervention for the two patients being managed, namely increased cerebral perfusion. The 30 degree head up position innovation intervention is one of the effective interventions used to overcome the nursing problem of ineffective cerebral perfusion risk in moderate head injury patients in the emergency room.
