Abstract

Nursing Care Of Hypovolemia In Patients With Hypovolemic Shock In Emergency Installation Room of Sanjiwani Gianyar Hospital 2021 ABSTRACT The problem of hypovolemia in hypovolemic shock requires close monitoring of clinical manifestations, hemodynamics and intravascular status if not treated immediately will result in death. The purpose of this scientific work is to describe and analyze hypovolemic nursing care in hypovolemic shock patients, including nursing assessments to nursing evaluations by providing passive leg raising (PLR) position innovation interventions in Emergency Installation Room of Sanjiwani Gianyar Hospital. This study uses a descriptive method with case study data collection techniques. The results of this study found: the study in both cases managed to experience hypovolemic shock resulting in decreased consciousness. The nursing diagnosis formulated is hypovolemia related to active fluid loss and lack of fluid intake characterized by increased pulse frequency, weak pulse, decreased blood pressure, dry mucous membranes, decreased urine volume, increased hematocrit, vomiting and diarrhea. Planning refers to the IDHS, SLKI, and SIKI. The interventions used were management of hypovolemia and management of hypovolemic shock with improved fluid status. Implementation is given in accordance with the planned intervention. The nursing evaluation used in the documentation is SOAP with the evaluation of the passive leg raising position intervention to the two patients being managed, namely hypovolemia. The passive leg raising position innovation intervention is one of the effective interventions used to overcome hypovolemia nursing problems in hypovolemic shock patients in the emergency room.
