Abstract
Knowledge is the result of knowing, and this happens after people make sensing occurs through the five human senses. Knowledge of husband and wife is very important in underlying the formation of behavior that supports or does not support children's oral and dental hygiene. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of knowledge about the maintenance of oral health in married couples in 2021. This type of research is a descriptive study with the number of respondents as many as 50 people from 25 married couples. The types of data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. From the results of research conducted on 25 married couples in Mengwi District, Badung Regency in 2021, it shows that the level of knowledge about the maintenance of oral health of husband and wife couples with the highest number is the good category as many as 28 people (56%), the average partner knowledge husband and wife regarding the maintenance of oral health 78,5 with good category. The average knowledge about the maintenance of dental and oral health in married couples based on the level of education is the highest average value of 82,94, namely higher education with good category. The average knowledge about the maintenance of dental and oral health among husband and wife couples based on occupation is the highest average of 86,25, namely work as a civil servant with good category.
