Abstract
Impaired physical mobility is a limitation in the physical movement of one or more extremities independently. Decrease in muscle strength is a related factor (etiology) that most often appears in patients with a nursing diagnosis of physical mobility disorders, which is as much as 92.3%. Based on data from the medical records section of BRSUD, Tabanan Regency in the last 3 years, patients who visited the emergency room BRSUD Tabanan Regency has had 213 cases of tibia and fibular fractures, where in 2018 there were 114 cases, in 2019 there were 78 cases, and in 2020 there were 21 cases. The aim of this research is to increase the knowledge and ability to apply quality nursing care to Open 1/3 Proximal Tibia Fibula Fracture Patients with Nursing Problems with Physical Mobility Disorders in the IGD BRSUD, Tabanan Regency. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the diagnosis of impaired physical mobility was associated with damage to the integrity of the bone structure. The results showed that with the insertion of a 3-sided splint, the patient's pain was reduced and the patient's anxiety to move his legs was reduced.
