Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF BURNOUT IN INPATIENT NURSE AT KARANGASEM HOSPITAL IN 2021 ABSTRACT The burnout is a state of exhaustion work prolonged, which may be, physical exhaustion , mental and emotionally. Sometimes the mistakes that occur during the service process of a nurse are not infrequently the nurse's negligence, one of which is caused by work fatigue (burnout). Burnout can cause the response cynicism and dissatisfaction to the work on his own .The purpose of this study is to find level burnout in nurses inpatient rooms at RSUD Karangasem in 2021. This research uses the method descriptive with the approach in this research was with the design cross sectional .Research be implemented in april 2021 with the sample of the 79 persons by using nonprobability sampling with the methods purposive sampling. The results of this study showed that most of the 52 people (65.8%) had moderate burnout. In addition, most respondents aged 26-35 years old, female sex and working for 1-5 years. The conclusion from this research is that burnout in inpatient nurse at RSUD Karangasem is medium level burnout. Keywords : Burnout, Nurse, Exhaustion. GAMBARAN BURNOUT PADA PERAWAT RUANG RAWAT INAP DI RSUD KARANGASEM TAHUN 2021 ABSTRAK Burnout merupakan keadaan kelelahan bekerja yang berkepanjangan, yang dapat berupa kelelahan fisik, mental, maupun emosional. Tak kadang kesalahan yang terjadi saat proses pelayanan seorang perawat tak jarang merupakan kelalaian perawat , yang salah satunya disebabkan oleh faktor kelelahan bekerja (burnout). Burnout dapat menyebabkan timbulnya respon sinisme dan ketidakpuasan terhadap pekerjaanya sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat burnout pada perawat ruang rawat inap di RSUD Karangasem tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Bulan April 2021 dengan jumlah sampel 79 orang dengan menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan sebagian besar 52 orang (65,8%) memiliki tingkat burnout sedang. Selain itu sebagian besar subjek penelitian berusia 26-35 tahun , berjenis kelamin perempuan dan bekerja selama 1-5 tahun. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu burnout pada perawat ruang rawat inap di RSUD Karangasem adalah burnout tingkat sedang Kata Kunci : Burnout, Perawat, Kelelahan
