Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF THE STRESS LEVEL OF SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN IN ONLINE LEARNING DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 2 NONGAN IN 2021 ABSTARCT The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic currently has a profound impact on population activities around the world due to the prohibition on leaving the house which results in people being unable to carry out their daily activities normally. The emergence of the covid-19 virus affects the activities of children who have to stay at home to prevent widespread transmission of the virus. Children who previously did free activities outside the home now have an inverse proportion, that is, they have to do activities inside the house. This also affects teaching and learning activities where learning is carried out through online media. The purpose of this study was to describe the stress level of school-age children in online learning due to covid-19 at Public Alementary School 2 Nongan. The research site was conducted at Public Alementary School 2 Nongan from January to April 2021. This study used a survey research design with a cross sectional approach. And using primary data taken from 46 respondents through the google form application which is distributed through the whatsapp class homeroom group and analyzed using the Microsoft exel application. The results showed that 24 students had a mild stress level (54.17%) and 22 students (47.83%) had moderate stress, while there were no students who experienced severe stress Keyword : Stress Level, Children Age School, Covid-19, Online Learning
