Abstract

Mobilisasi dini penting diketahui oleh ibu nifas terutama untuk ibu nifas post SC. Mobilisasi dini dapat mempercepat proses penyembuhan pada ibu nifas. Rendahnya penerapan mobilisasi dini dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan ibu nifas tentang mobilisasi dini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan ibu nifas post sectio caesarea tentang mobilisasi dini di ruang nifas RSUD Wangaya Denpasar tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan metode cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 39 ibu nifas post sectio caesarea. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pengetahuan tentang manfaat mobilisasi dini median 80, nilai terendah 40, nilai tertinggi 100 dengan rata-rata 77,44. Pengetahuan tentang tujuan mobilisasi dini median 80, nilai terendah 60, nilai tertinggi 80 dengan rata-rata 77,44. Pengetahuan tentang tahapan mobilisasi dini median 100, nilai terendah 60, nilai tertinggi 100 dengan rata-rata 96,41. Pengetahuan tentang dampak mobilisasi dini median 80, nilai terendah 40, nilai tertinggi 100 dengan rata-rata 77,44. pengetahuan tentang mobilisasi dini dipengaruhi oleh sumber informasi, pendidikan, pekerjaan, paritas serta usia. Diharapkan pemberina informasi tentang mobilisasi dini diberikan dari awal kehamilan, sehingga ibu dapat melakukannya langsung setelah melahirkan nanti. Early mobilization can accelerate the healing process in postpartum mothers. The purpose of this study is to describe the knowledge of post-sectio caesarea postpartum mothers about early mobilization in the puerperal room at Wangaya Hospital Denpasar in 2021. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with cross sectional method. The sample used was 39 post- sectio caesarean post-partum mothers. The data analysis used was univariate analysis. The results of this study are knowledge about the benefits of early mobilization median 80, the lowest score is 40, the highest score is 100 with an average of 77.44. Knowledge of the goal of early mobilization median 80, the lowest score is 60, the highest score is 80 with an average of 77.44. Knowledge of the stages of early mobilization, a median of 100, the lowest score of 60, the highest score of 100 with an average of 96.41. Knowledge of the impact of early mobilization median 80, the lowest score is 40, the highest score is 100 with an average of 77.44. knowledge about early mobilization is influenced by information sources, education, employment, parity and age. It is hoped that the information provider about early mobilization will be given from the beginning of pregnancy, so that the mother can do it immediately after giving birth later.
