Abstract
Nursing Care Disorders of Comfort in Patients Chronic Kidney Disease Stage V On Hemodialysis In The Room Hemodialysis of Sanjiwani Hospital Gianyar in 2021 ABSTRACT Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) or chronic kidney disease is a disease of progressive and irreversible changes in kidney function that has lasted 3 months which can no longer be recovered or fully recovered as usual. One of the treatments for CKD patients is hemodialysis. Complications in patients undergoing hemodialysis are usually nausea, vomiting, itching, pain, feeling tired and feeling uncomfortable. This will cause the patient to experience discomfort. Music therapy innovation intervention is one of the therapies that can be used as an alternative therapy in increasing the comfort of patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy. The purpose of this paper is to identify nursing care for comfort disorders in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage V on hemodialysis in the Hemodialysis room at the Sanjiwani Hospital, Gianyar in 2021. From the case analysis after being given nursing care for 1 x 4.5 hours, complaints of tiredness decreased, felt uncomfortable. decreased comfort, reduced itching, and decreased anxiety.
