Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF HYPERVOLEMIA IN PATIENT WITH CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE IN HEMODIALYSIS ROOM RSUD KLUNGKUNG YEAR 2021 ABSTRACT Chronic kidney failure has the most frequent problem, namely excess fluid volume and in the Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards (SDKI) it is called hypervolemia. The purpose of this study is to describe the characteristics, major and minor signs of hypervolemia and major and minor symptoms of hypervolemia in chronic renal failure patients in the hemodialysis room of Klungkung Hospital in 2021. This research type is descriptive and quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The sampling method is using purposive sampling. This research was conducted in March-April 2021 in the Hemodialysis Room at RSUD Klungkung Regency with a total sample of 58 respondents. The results of this study in terms of the characteristics of the most respondents in the age range of 51-60 years with a percentage (34.5%), followed by the majority of male patients (67.2%), the highest level of primary education with a percentage (32, 8%), and the most unemployed status was from work status (51.7%). This study also found that in chronic renal failure patients, not all patients found major signs of anasarca edema and peripheral edema only as much (98.3%) and in minor signs Hb / Ht decreased only (98.3%) then not all patients found symptoms. orthopnea and dyspnea only (98.3%) and minor symptoms (not available). Keywords : Chronic Kidney Disease, Sign and Symptoms Hypervolemiaix GAMBARAN TANDA DAN GEJALA HIPERVOLEMIA PADA PASIEN GAGAL GINJAL KRONIS DI RUANG HEMODIALISA RSUD KLUNGKUNG TAHUN 2021 ABSTRAK Penyakit gagal ginjal kronis memiliki masalah paling sering yaitu kelebihan volume cairan dan dalam Standar Diagnosis Keperawatan Indonesia (SDKI) disebut dengan hypervolemia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan karakteristik, tanda mayor dan minor hypervolemia dan gejala mayor dan minor hypervolemia pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis di ruang hemodialisa RSUD Klungkung Tahun 2021. Jenis pelitian ini Deskriptif Kuatitatif dengan metode pendekatan secara Cross sectional. Cara pengambilan sampel menggunkan Purposive Sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret-April 2021 di Ruang Hemodialisa RSUD Kabupaten Klungkung dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 58 responden. Hasil penelitian ini dari segi karakteristik responden paling banyak memiliki rentang usia 51-60 tahun dengan persentase (34,5%), diikuti mayoritas pasien jenis kelamin laki�laki sebesar (67,2%), tingkat pendidikan SD terbanyak dengan persentase (32,8%), dan status tidak bekerja terbanyak dari status bekerja sebesar (51,7%). Penelitian ini juga menemukan pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis tidak semua pasien ditemukan tanda mayor edema anasarca dan edema perifer hanya sebanyak (98,3%) dan pada tanda minor Hb/Ht turun hanya sebanyak (98,3%) kemudian tidak semua pasien ditemukan gejala mayor ortopnea dan dispnea hanya sebanyak (98,3%) dan pada gejala minor (tidak tersedia). Kata Kunci : Gagal Ginjal Kronis, Tanda dan Gejala Hipervolemia
