Abstract
Dental hygiene is one of the factors that affect dental health which can show that a person's oral cavity is free from dirt. Brushing teeth is a habit that can be taken to maintain the cleanliness of the oral cavity. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of knowledge of pregnant women about brushing their teeth in Bangli Regency in 2021. This is a descriptive research which takes 27 respondents. The data collected are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study is the percentage of pregnant women’s knowledge about brushing their teeth in Bangli Regency in 2021, with the best criteria 52% and with less criteria 11%. The average level of knowledge of pregnant women about brushing their teeth is 79 that is good criteria. The average level of knowledge of pregnant women about brushing teeth is based on the level of education, the lowest average value is from the level of elementary education namely 55 that the criteria is lack, and the highest average value is from the level education of college graduate namely 95 that the criteria is good. The conclusion from this study is that most of the pregnant women in Bangli Regency have a good level of knowledge. Keywords: Knowledge, Brushing Teeth, Pregnant Women
