Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF POSTPARTUM NURSING WOMEN MEETING WITH DEFICIT KNOWLEDGE OF NURSING TECHNIQUE ABSTRACT Breastfeeding is a right every mother after giving birth in the puerperium ie so as to need the success of the implementation of breastfeeding is required complete information about breastfeeding and how to correct breastfeeding technique. The percentage of correct breastfeeding technique as many as 42 respondents who researched as much (40%) with good knowledge, (36.7%) with sufficient knowledge, (23.3%) with less knowledge. Knowledge and information that affect breastfeeding success. This study aims to describe nursing care in puerperal women with a deficit of knowledge about breastfeeding techniques. Design of this study useresearch descriptive with case study design using data collection techniques of observation and documentation. Number of subjects used were 2 patients. Assessment of the results of the first and second subject said the lack of information about how to breastfeed and how to maintain the breast. Breastfeeding nursing diagnoses are related to lack of knowledge and information about breastfeeding techniques. The implementation of the technique that provides IEC breastfeeding and breast care. Implementation is done on the subject of the first and second in women postpartum primiparous dated 27 April 2018 has been carried out in accordance with the procedure. The evaluation results based on the purpose of nursing that have been prepared using SOAP. Based on these results it can be concluded that there are some differences with the theory researchers from assessment through to evaluation of nursing.
