Abstract
Puerperal period is a period after delivery commencing after the placenta comes out, the post-partum period lactation cause problems in breastfeeding. Pravelensi coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Bali Province by 60% and has not reached the target program in 2015 amounted to 80%. To avoid problems lactation impact on coverage of breastfeeding, then dibutuhkanlah role of health professionals to provide information to improve the readiness of mothers in breastfeeding, this research aims to know the description of nursing care on the mother primipara with readiness increased knowledge about breastfeeding in the health center IV South Denpasar , This research useresearch descriptive and data collection techniques observation documentation. Number of subjects that 2 document. The results showed the assessment includes identification, obstetric history, history of disease, the pattern of daily necessities, physical examination, medical diagnosis and treatment. Diagnosis is formulated based on the diagnosis of obstetrics. Intervention is not documented yet implemented and implementation is documented in IEC mothers to breastfeed exclusively KIE breast care. Evaluation of nursing documents and Ny.AM Ny.AP little different on the objective and analysis for all subjects using midwifery care, but at the planning is in conformity with the theory that researchers make reference.
