Abstract
DETAILS OF NURSING ASSURANCE IN CHILDREN ASMA WITH SPONTAN VENTILATION DISORDERS IN KASWARI ROOM RSUD WANGAYA YEAR 2018 ABSTRACT Asthma is disease obstruction Street breath , the revelsibel and chronic , with characteristics existence wheezing . Asthma caused by spasm channel bronchial or swelling mucosa after exposed various stimuli. Problems arise on child asthma that is interference ventilation spontaneous . Disturbance ventilation spontaneous is decline the resulting energy reserves individual no able breathe on adequate . The purpose of this study to determine the description of nursing care in children asthma with interference ventilation spontaneously in Kaswari Room Wangaya Hospital. P enelitian this is a descriptive study with case study design conducted on 28 to 30 April 2018 in space Kaswari RSUD Wangaya . The sample used is 2 people who meet the inclusion criteria. The instruments used are documentation observation guidelines The results showed there are similarities in subject 1 and subject 2 in documenting nursing care in the room but have some differences with the theory used as a reference by researchers. This shows that the documentation of nursing care is influenced by the theory used as a reference by nurses in the Kaswari Room Wangaya Hospital and researchers. From research this expected to be made reference in research next by Institution Polytechnic Kemenkes Denpasar and to the hospitals Wangaya expected research this could develop quality and quality service home sick in give care nursing .
