Abstract
Figures for the incidence of type II DM have increased 285 inhabitants in the world year 2010, in Indonesia reached 7.0% of cases on the order of 9th in the year 2010. in the Gianyar Regency year 2016 as much as 1.0% cases, in UPT Kesmas Sukawati Gianyar I year 2016 amount to 1330 cases. Type II DM impact on sufferers who experience the instability of blood glucose levels such as osmotic diuresis and dehydration. The methods used in the preparation of a scientific paper this is the descriptive method with approach case studies. The subject is used in this case study are two clients with the same case in UPT Sukawati Gianyar I Kesmas. Nursing care of type II DM client is started from the study, diagnosis, nursing interventions, implementation, evaluation. On the study of both clients experience increased blood glucose levels. Diagnosis is the instability of blood glucose levels. Interventions that are conducted in accordance with the theory of a given implementation, tailored to the intervention. After having done it three times in a three-day visit and was given the improved condition of the nursing care of clients. The results are obtained, namely blood glucose levels on the client one of 264 mg/dl be 184 mg/dl and on clients two of blood glucose levels 224 mg/dl being 164 mg/dl. The expected advice i.e. clients always maintaining health and diligent control to health care facilities. Keywords: Instability, type II DM patients, nursing care
