Abstract
PELATIHAN EMERGENCY PROCEDURE BASIC LIFE SUPPORT TERHADAP KESIAPAN PELAKU WISATA DALAM MEMBERIKAN PERTOLONGAN PERTAMA PADA KASUS TOURISTS DROWNING ABSTRAK Latar belakang : Kegawatdaruratan biasanya berlangsung secara cepat dan tiba-tiba sehingga tak seorangpun dapat memprediksinya. Pemberian pertolongan pre hospital care secara tepat sangat diperlukan untuk menurunkan resiko kematian akibat trauma. Salah satunya dengan cara melakukan basic life support. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan emergency procedure basic life support terhadap kesiapan pelaku wisata dalam memberikan pertolongan pertama pada kasus tourists drowning. Metode : Menggunakan 5 database (BMC Journal, African Health Sciences, MEDLINE, Journal Unair, Portal Garuda) yang dicari mulai tahun 2014 sampai 2020 berupa laporan hasil penelitian yang membahas basic life support terhadap pengetahuan, sikap, keterampilan dan kesiapan dalam memberikan pertolongan kegawatdaruratan henti jantung. Sesuai dengan pembahasan didapatkan 14 jurnal. Hasil : Kesiapan adalah kemampuan seseorang menerapkan pengetahuan kedalam bentuk tindakan. Kesiapan pelaku wisata dalam memberikan pertolongan pertama dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan dan latihan. Pelatihan merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan. Dengan mengikuti suatu pelatihan pelaku wisata akan berbekal pengetahuan yang baik tentang emergency procedure basic life support, dengan demikian pelaku wisata dapat memberikan pertolongan pertama pada korban tenggelam atau tourists drowning sehingga pertolongan tidak terlambat dan kematian dapat dicegah. Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh pelatihan emergency procedure basic life support terhadap peningkatan kesiapan pelaku wisata dalam memberikan pertolongan pertama pada kasus tourists drowning . Saran : Pelatihan emergency procedure basic life support sangat tepat untuk diberikan kepada pelaku wisata. Kata Kunci : Bantuan hidup dasar, kesiapan, perilaku EMERGENCY PROCEDURE BASIC LIFE SUPPORT TRAINING AGAINST TOURISTS READINESS FOR GIVING FIRST AID OF DROWNING CASES ABSTRACK Background : Emergency situations occur quickly and suddenly so that no one can predict it. The provision of prehospital first aid is needed to be able to save lives due to trauma. One of them is by doing basic life support Objective : The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emergency procedure basic life support training on the readiness of tourism actors in providing first aid in the case of drowning. Methods : Using 5 databases (BMC Journal, African Health Sciences, MEDLINE, Journal Unair, Portal Garuda) that were sought from 2014 to 2020 which contained research reports and reviews that discussed basic life support for knowledge, attitude, skills and readiness in providing emergency relief for cardiac arrest. In accordance with the discussion obtained 14 journals Result : Readiness is the ability to apply knowledge into action. Readiness of tourism actors in providing first aid is influenced by education and training. Training is an effort to improve knowledge, attitudes and skills. By following a training tourism actors will be armed with good knowledge about emergency procedure basic life support, thus the tourist can provide first aid to drowning victims so that help is not late and deaths can be prevented. Conclusion : There is an effect of emergency procedure basic life support training to increase the readiness of tourism actors in providing first aid in drowning cases. Suggestion : Emergency procedure basic life support training is very appropriate to be given to tourism actors. Keyword : Basic life support, readiness, behaviour
