Abstract

Abstract : Perceptions and Economic Sources Affecting the Low WUS Selecting Implants as a Contraception. This study aims to determine the perception and economic sources that affect the low WUS choose implant as a means of contraception In the work area of Puskesmas I West Denpasar in 2017. The design used in this study is descriptive with a large sample of 132 people. Instruments in this study include interviews that include questions of economic factors, perception factors and Implant installation procedures. The results of the study showed that respondents from the economic source of Implant cost of expensive 105 respondents (80%) had perceptions of fear of implantation 98 people (74%), complicated implantation procedure 107 respondents (81%). Each factor still affect the unwillingness of WUS in using contraceptive devices Implant. Abstrak : Persepsi dan Sumber Ekonomi yang Mempengaruhi Rendahnya WUS Memilih Implant Sebagai Alat Kontrasepsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran persepsi dan sumber ekonomi yang mempengaruhi rendahnya WUS memilih implant sebagai alat kontrasepsidi wilayah kerja Puskesmas I Denpasar Barat tahun 2017. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan besar sampel sebanyak 132 orang. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa wawancara yang meliputi pertanyaan dari faktor ekonomi, faktor persepsi dan prosedur pemasangan Implant. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan responden yang mengatakan dari sumber ekonomi biaya pemasangan Implant mahal 105 responden (80%), memiliki persepsi takut terhadap pemasangan Implant 98 orang responden (74%), prosedur pemasangan Implant rumit 107 orang responden (81%). Setiap faktor masih mempengaruhi ketidakmauan WUS dalam menggunakan alat kontrasepsi Implant.
