Abstract
DHF is an infectious disease caused by dengue virus with clinical manifestations of fever, muscle aches and / or joint pain accompanied by leukopenia, rash, lymphodenopathy, thrombocytopenia and haemorrhagic dieses. The entry of dengue virus through the bite of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes can lead to an increase in acute vascular permeability leading to plasma leakage into the extravascular space, resulting in hypovolemia problems. This study aims to determine the description of nursing care dengue hemorrhagic fever with hypovolemia in children in Cilinaya Room Mangusada Badung Hospital 2018. This study is a descriptive study with case study design on two subjects that were observed in depth with documentation method. The data collection tool is an open format with reference to the nursing process.The results showed there is a difference between the assessment of the results of the theory, on the diagnosis there is a difference between subject 1 and subject 2, the intervention there are some differences with theoretical reference of the researcher. Implementation done in accordance with the nursing plan but there are some implementation was not implemented by the nurse. Nursing evaluation using SOAP format. Based on the results of case studies that have been obtained is expected to the nurse room as a health team is expected to add insight and nursing guidelines on the process of nursing and documentation so as to provide a more comprehensive nursing care.
