Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF NURSING IN PATIENTS TYPE II DM INTERFERENCE WITH INTEGRITY SKIN IN ROOM OLEG HOSPITAL MANGUSADA BADUNG 2018 ABSTRACT Incidence of diabetes in the world at 70% and Indonesia ranks fourth in world theafter India, China and the United States. The prevalence of DM in Indonesia reaches 8 million and 21 million in 2030.Almost 80% prevalence of diabetes mellitus is Type II diabetes. Nursing problems that arise after a given nursing care is impaired skin integrity. This study aims to know the description of nursing care in psien type II diabetes with impaired skin integrity. This research useresearch descriptive and use data collection techniques used in this study is the observation guideline documentation. Number of subjects used were 2 documents. The results of this study indicate the subject of assessment at the first and second document subjective data on the subject only experience pain in the feet and limp. Nursing diagnoses were formulated on the subject of the first and second documents already explain the nursing problems and formulate nursing diagnoses ie skin integrity disorders associated with metabolism and circulatory disorders. Interventions are planned in the document for the first and second subject is a disorder of the skin inetgritas using the NOC and NIC contained in Badung Mangusada Hospital. Implementation is done on the first and second subject has been conducted in accordance with the planned intervention is inetrgitas skin disorders. The evaluation results obtained in the first and second document is the subject of a technique using SOAP. The results showed some differences with the theory that has been submitted with reference nurses used in space Oleg Mangusada Badung Hospital.
