Abstract

Abstract: Breast cancer is the highest prevalence of cancer in women in Indonesia. This cancer can be found at an earlier stage, but now cancer is more often known at an advanced stage as much as 70% so that the mortality rate is high. Until 2017 early detection of breast cancer has been carried out to 3,040,116 women aged 30-50 years as many as 2.98% in Indonesia. The examination is carried out using the Clinical Breast Examination method for early detection of breast cancerThis research aims to analyze the relationship between training and adolescent behavior on breast self-examination. This type of research is library research, which is a series of studies relating to library data collection methods, or research whose research objects are excavated through a variety of library information (books, encyclopedias, scientific journals, newspapers, magazines, and documents). Literature research or literature review is research that studies or critically reviews knowledge, ideas, or findings contained within the body of academic-oriented literature, and formulates theoretical and methodological contributions for a particular topic.Based on some of the reviewed literature, there is a significant relationship between breast self-examination training with adolescent behavior towards breast self-examination. There is an increase in adolescent behavior after doing breast self-examination training. Adolescent behavior is closely related to the knowledge, attitudes and practices of adolescents towards breast self-examination.
