Abstract

Abstrac: Violence at the family members asa part of humanity crime wich is contradict with the human right principle. The data of Komnas(National Commission) on children protection on span from January untill June 2008, recordednot less than 21.872 cases happening where children were victims of psichis and physical violence. Along with 12.726 cases children were also victim of sexual errorin the same limit time. The children protection Komnas recorded that there were 76.000 to 95.000 children werekidnaped,soldand be dealedin for thecommercialmain goal. Violence in the family included il ltreatment of pair, ill treatment on children, ill treatment on old aged person and halper, from verbalic ill treatment to light slap untill hard blow or murdere.The variety of violence that commonly happened in the family, such as physical violence, psichologic, economic, sexual, property violence and neglectation. To avoid the happening of violencein the family, roleand function that must be don eis th eeffective fuction sosialitation and the taking care of health. The fuction of nurse generally for the cases of violence in the family are;checkingup the health of the victims accudingly to the profesional standard (suggestedto dovisum as soon as possible, concelingforstrenghtening and giving secure feeling to the victims, togive information concerning the victims rights to get protection from police man and social service, publicken the rule of violence to family and society.
