Abstract
Diarrhea is one of the infectious diseases were a major health problem, especially infants because morbidity is still high can potentially lead to death. Each year in Indonesia 100 thousand children under five died of diarrhea. One of the problems that arise in children nursing diarrhea that nutritional deficits. Nutritional deficits are nutritional intake is insufficient to meet metabolic demands. Child nutrition namely diarrhea deficit decreased appetite (81.1%). This study aims to describe nursing care in pediatric patients with diarrhea nursing problems nutritional deficits in Space Jempiring hospitals Bangli. This type of research is descriptive using observation data collection techniques documentation. Number of subjects that 2 document. The results showed the study documents one and two infants, both the data subjects lost weight. Nursing diagnoses were formulated in the document of the babies and infants just focus on two main issues not formulate the diagnosis of nutritional deficits. Interventions at the first and second baby documents there are similarities. Implementation is done on the first and second baby document in accordance with the two interventions have been planned. The evaluation results using SOAP technique. The results showed some differences theories presented by researchers of the study to evaluate nursing. Diagnosis formulation is expected based on the data obtained in the study focus.
