Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF NURSING FEEDING Oxytocin MASSAGE PROCEDURE TO INCREASE EFFECTIVE BREASTFEEDING WOMENpostpartum ABSTRACT Exclusive Breastfeedingreduce mortality due to infections by 88% in infants aged less than 3 months, total of 31.36% (82%) of 37.94% of children ill , The percentage of infants 0-5 months were breastfed exclusively by 54.0%. Total milk production after massage oxytocin mostly quite as many as 16 women (53.3%). Then there is the massage effect of oxytocin on the smooth milk. This study aims to know the description of nursing care massage procedure oxytocin administration to improve the effective breastfeeding on postpartum mother. This research useresearch descriptive and use data collection techniques used in this study is the observation guideline documentation. Number of subjects used were 2 documents. Assessment on the subject of the first and second documents say breasts enlarged and the alveoli begin to fill milk. Effective nursing diagnosas is breast feeding is by using the standard operating procedures (SOPs). The implementation is to give oxytocin massage procedures. The subject of the first and second on day 0 post partum April 21, 2018, the implementation is done according to procedure. The evaluation results based on the purpose of nursing that have been prepared using SOAP. Based on these results it can be concluded that there are some differences with the theory researchers from assessment through to evaluation of nursing.
