Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE IN PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS WITH NUTRITION DEFICIT IN NAKULA WARD SANJIWANI GIANYAR HOSPITAL YEAR 2018 ABSTRACT Nursing diagnosis that appears on pulmonary tuberculosis patients one nutrition deficit, where the intake of nutrients is not enough to meet the needs of metabolism in patients The purpose of this research is to know the description of nursing care in pulmonary tuberculosis in patients with nutrition deficit in Nakula Ward Sanjiwani Hospital year 2018.The method of the research is descriptive research that is used with the design of the study the case was carried out in April 2018. The subjects used are 2 people who meet the criteria for inclusion and exclusion. The instruments used are the guidelines of the study documentation. The Research results are obtainableright is the study of nursing from both subject matter that is the subject of complaining decreased appetite, weight loss experienced under the ideal range, looks pale lip mucosa and there is the decrease in serum albumin. Diagnosis found that is a deficit of nutrients is associated with increased metabolic requirements marked with the subject of complaining decreased appetite, weight loss experienced under the range ideal, looks pale lip mucosa and there is a decrease in serum albumin. Intervention found i.e. monitor the content of nutrients and calories on record and monitor occurrence trend of weight loss and weight gain. Implementation that is found is equal to the intervention. Evaluation of nursing used method of documenting the SOAP. This research is expected to provide an understanding of the nursing care of pulmonary tuberculosis in patients with a deficit nutrition.
