Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE FOR ASTHMA CHILDREN WITH GAS EXCHANGE DISRUPTION IN BAKUNG ROOM OF TABANAN GENERAL HOSPITAL 2020 ABSTRACT Asthma is a chronic and reversible obstructive airway disease that can happen when the bronchie get inflammation and get hyper-rensponsive,which will have an impact on the child’s growth and development vbecomes disrupted.The purpose of this study is to describe of the nursing care management in children with asthma with gas exchange interference. The methods of this study is descriptive and use documentation observation guideline method to collects the data, then compares the observation results both of the patients with the reference that used in this study, and conducted in April 2020. The sample of this study is 2 samples that fulfill the inclusion criterias. The results of this study showed that the study of the 1st and 2nd patient’s document obtained an objective data, that is moderate general state and compos mentis awareness. The nursing diagnoses that stated by the nurses to both of the documents is ineffectiveness of airway clearance. The interventions that done to both of the documents is that there is the differences of the nurses actions that already done compares with the references that use of this study. The implementation of both of the cases is suitable with the nursing plans. The evaluation of both of the documents that observed is that there are differences compares with the referencies that used, looked by SOAP. Data writing of Objective, Assesment, and Planing showed that the documentations of the nursing care which has been done is incomplete. The results of this study is expected to used as primary data in the preparation of further researches developments and for the nurses is expected to do nursing documentation using standards and guidlines in accordance with the latest scientific developments. Keywords : Nursing Care; Gas Exchange Interference; Children with Asthma   GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA ANAK ASMADENGAN GANGGUAN PERTUKARAN GAS DI RUANG BAKUNG BRSUD TABANAN TAHUN 2020 ABSTRAK Asma merupakan penyakit obstuktif jalan nafas yang reversible dan kronis terjadi ketika bronkus mengalami peradangan dan hiperresponsif yang akan berdampak pada tumbuh kembang anak menjadi terganggu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada anak asma dengan gangguan pertukaran gas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan pedoman observasi dokumentasi, kemudian membandingkan hasil pengamatan kedua dokumen pasien dengan teori acuan peneliti. Studi kasus yang dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2020. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 2 orang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengkajian dokumen pasien 1 dan 2 didapatkan data objektif yaitu keadaan umum sedang, kesadaran compos mentis. Diagnosa keperawatan yang dirumuskan oleh perawat diruangan pada kedua dokumen yaitu bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif. Intervensi yang dilakukan pada dokumen 1 dan 2 terdapat perbedaan antara perawat diruangan dengan acuan teori. Implementasi pada kedua kasus sesuai dengan rencana keperawatan. Evaluasi dari kedua dokumen pasien yang diteliti terdapat perbedaan dengan acuan teori, terlihat pada SOAP, penulisan data Objektif, Assesment, dan Planing, menunjukkan bahwa dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan yang dilakukan tidak lengkap. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan data primer dalam penyusunan pengembangan penelitian selanjutnya dan perawat diharapkan dapat melakukan dokumentasi keperawatan menggunakan standar dan pedoman sesuai dengan perkembangan keilmuan terbaru.
