Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE PATIENTPULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS WITH INEFFECTIVE AIRWAY CLEARANCE IN NAKULA WARD SANJIWANI GIANYAR HOSPITAL 2018 ABSTRACT Pulmonary tuberculosis case in Sanjiwani Hospital from 2014-2017 as many as 358 cases. Nursing problems which emerged one ineffective airway clearance is the inability of a person who is already infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis to clear secretions in the respiratory tract that cause sputum piling and difficult to be issued. The purpose of this research is to know the description of the nursing care in patient of pulmonary tuberculosis with ineffective airway clearance in Nakula Ward Sanjiwani Hospital. The research method used descriptive research with the design of the case studies, which was performed in April 2018. The subject of case study used two people according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Method of collecting data by documentation techniqueusing documentation data collection sheet. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The result of the study found some differences in sign symptom with theoretical reference, nursing diagnoses enforced only sign and symptom incompletely written, nursing planning according to theory there are two, the implementation there are three actions that are not written and evaluation using SOAP with the problem is resolved, shows that there are similarities in documenting nursing care in the ward, but there are some differences in the data with the theory. This research was expected to provide an understanding of the nursing care of pulmonary tuberculosis with ineffective airway clearance.
