Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE FOR BRONCHIAL ASTHMA CHILDREN WITH DISRUPTION OF GAS EXCHANGE AT KASUARI WARD WANGAYA HOSPITAL 2020 ABSTRACT Bronchial asthma is a chronic inflammatory / inflammatory disease of the lungs, inflammation of the airway, and an increase in airway response to various stimuli hyper-responsiveness of obstruction in the airways can be caused by spasm or contraction of bronchial smooth muscle so that O2 and CO2 exchange is inhibited resulting in impaired hyper-responsiveness of obstruction of the airways. ventilation. This study aims to determine the description of bronchial asthma nursing care in children with gas exchange disruption in the Cassowary Room of Wangaya Hospital in 2020. The type of research used is descriptive research with a case study design of at least two subjects using documentation studies. The results of the assessment of the first subject and the second subject there are patients complained of shortness (dyspnea), patients feel dizzy, abnormal breathing patterns, there is additional breath sounds. Research shows the similarity between two bronchial asthma patients who experience ineffective airway cleansing where the diagnosis is not the same as the diagnosis studied by researchers, namely gas exchange disturbance because it is not a priority diagnosis, the intervention given is to give the semifowler position. Implementation of the first subject and the second subject in children with bronchial asthma was carried out according to the procedure. Evaluation results based on the reference used by nurses in the room with reference to the theory of nursing evaluation used by different researchers. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there are some differences with the theory of researchers both from assessment to evaluation of nursing. This research is expected to be used as a reference or reference as a comparison for subsequent studies. Keywords: nursing care, bronchial asthma, gas exchange disorders GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA ANAK ASMA BRONKHIAL DENGAN GANGGUAN PERTUKARAN GAS DIRUANG KASUARI RSUD WANGAYA TAHUN 2020 ABSTRAK Asma bronkhial adalah penyakit radang/inflamasi kronik pada paru-paru,dan peningkatan respon jalan nafasterhadap rangsangan hiper-responsivitas obstruksi pada saluran nafas bisa disebabkan kontraksi otot polos bronkus sehingga pertukaran O2 dan CO2 terhambat mengakibatkan gangguan ventilasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan asma bronkhial pada anak dengan gangguan pertukaran gas di Ruang Kasuari RSUD Wangaya tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus terhadap dua subjek menggunakan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari pengkajian kedua subjek terdapat pasien dikeluhkan sesak, pasien pusing, pola nafas abnormal, terdapat suara nafas tambahan. Penelitian menunjukan kesamaan antara dua pasien asma bronkhial yang mengalami ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan nafas yang diagnosa bersebut tidak sama dengan diagnosa yang diteliti oleh peneliti yaitu gangguan pertukaran gas karena bukan merupakan diagnosa prioritas, intervensi yang diberikan yaitu memberikan posisi semifowler. Implementasi yang dilakukan pada subjek pertama dan subjek kedua pada anak asma bronkhial dilakukan sesuai prosedur. Hasil evaluasi berdasarkan acuan yang digunakan perawat di ruangan dengan acuan teori evaluasi keperawatan yang digunakan oleh peneliti berbeda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya beberapa perbedaan dengan teori peneliti baik dari pengkajian sampai evaluasi keperawatan.Penelitian ini diharapakan dapat digunakan sebagai acuan atau referensi sebagai pembanding untuk penelitian berikutnya.
