Abstract
MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. "A" AGE 23 YEARS OF MULTIGRAVIDA FROM AGE OF PREGNANCY 35 WEEKS 5 DAYS UNTIL 42 POST PARTUM Case Study taken in the Work Area Regional Technical Implementation Unit Sukawati I ABSTRACT Women during pregnancy can experience several complaints, one of which is pain in the rectum or hemorrhoids due to the ongoing pregnancy which causes venous swelling around the anus. Pregnancy predisposes to hemorrhoids even though the etiology is not clearly known. In the case of Mrs. "A", the swelling occurred and previously the mother had a history so that this could pose a risk to the delivery of the mother later. This case report aims to identify the application of midwifery care to pregnant women from the third trimester of pregnancy, childbirth and newborns, puerperium and neonates. The method used is a case report with data collection techniques through interviews, examinations, observations, and documentation. The process of childbirth takes place with caesarean section due to third degree hemorrhoids. During the puerperium there were no signs of danger or complications found in the mother. The process of involution, lactation and removal of lochia during the puerperium takes place normally. The baby is born crying immediately, active movement and baby monitoring take place normally. Midwives are expected to provide midwifery care according to standards and authority so as to prevent problems and complications during pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth, and infants.
