Abstract

Abstract: The Percutaneous Oxygen Saturation With Degrees of Asthma Attack. This study aims to determine the relationship of percutaneous oxygen saturation with asthma severity. This type of research is descriptive correlation, with a crosssectional approach. The study was conducted in the emergency department General Hospital Bangli, in June 2013, with the number of respondents as many as 47 people. Instrument of data collection using observation sheets percutaneous oxygen saturation and degree of severity of asthma patients. The results showed oxygen saturation in patients with asthma by 26 people (55.3%) with light hypoxemia, degree of asthma attack found 21 persons (44.7%) were categorized middle severity. There are meaning relationship percutaneous oxygen saturation with attack asthma (p = 0.000, r=-0.873). Abstrak: Saturasi Oksigen Perkutan Dengan Derajat Keparahan Asma. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan saturasi oksigen perkutan dengan keparahan asma. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasi, dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di gawat darurat Rumah Sakit Umum Bangli, pada Juni 2013 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 47 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi perkutan saturasi oksigen dan tingkat keparahan pasien asma. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan saturasi oksigen pada penderita asma sebesar 26 orang ( 55,3 % ) dengan hipoksemia ringan, tingkat serangan asma ditemukan 21 orang ( 44,7 % ) dikategorikan keparahan sedang. Ada hubungan yang berarti perkutan saturasi oksigen dengan serangan asma (p = 0,000, r = -0,873 ).
