Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever merupakan penyakit infeksi virus dengue yang ditularkan melalui gigitan nyamuk aedes aegypti. Seseorang yang terkena virus dengue akan mengalami demam tinggi (hipertermia) terus menerus selama 2-7 hari. Hipertermia merupakan suatu keadaan dengan suhu tubuh seseorang meningkat di atas rentang normal berkisaran > 37,8° C atau 38,8° C per axila. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengue hemorrhagic fever dengan hipertermia di Ruang Oleg RSD Mangusada Badung Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi dokumentasi yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 07 sampai dengan 09 April 2020. Hasil penelitian menemukan pengkajian keperawatan dari kedua pasien terdapat perbedaan. Diagnosa keperawatan yang dirumuskan yaitu hipertermia berhubungan dengan proses penyakit. Perencanaan keperawatan mengacu pada Standar Internasional Keperawatan Indonesia (SIKI) dan Standar Luaran Keperawatan Indonesia (SLKI). Implementasi keperawatan sudah sesuai dengan acuan teori. Evaluasi keperawatan yang digunakan yaitu metode SOAP. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is a dengue virus infection that is transmitted through the bite of the aedes aegypti mosquito. Someone who is infected with dengue virus will experience a high fever (hyperthermia) continuously for 2-7 days. Hyperthermia is a condition where a person's body temperature rises above the normal range of > 37.8 ° C or 38.8 ° C per axilla. This study aims to determine the description of nursing care in patients with dengue hemorrhagic fever with hyperthermia in the Oleg Room of Mangusada Badung Hospital in 2020. This study used a descriptive method with data collection techniques of documentation studies conducted on 07 to 09 April 2020. The results of the study found nursing assessments from both patients there is a difference. The nursing diagnosis formulated is hyperthermia related to the disease process. Nursing planning refers to the Indonesian International Nursing Standards (SIKI) and the Indonesian Nursing Output Standards (SLKI). Implementation of nursing is in accordance with theoretical references. The nursing evaluation used is the SOAP method.
