Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE FOR PATIENT ASTHMA WITH INEFFECTIVE AIRWAY CLEARANCE IN WORD TABANAN HOSPITAL YEAR 2020 ABSTRACT Asthma is an intermittent obstructive respiratory disease, reversible where trachea and bronchi respond hyperactively to certain stimulation. The problem of nursing appearing in asthma is clearance not effective airway. Clearance ineffective airway is the inability to cleanse a sect or obstruction of airway to maintain a permanent patent breath. The purpose of this research is to know the description of nursing care in asthma patients with clearance ineffective airway in Tabanan BRSU in 2020. The type of research used is a type of descriptive research with the draft case study conducted within a month period that is in March to April 2020. The subject in this study numbered two people. The instruments used in this study are the documentation observation guidelines. Results obtained from this research is in the study of major minor data, there are 5 (50%) Questions that have been examined, at diagnosis 7 (71%) Questions found, in the intervention of 18 data and on the case data there are 8 (57%) Data related to SIKI, on the implementation of 7 (50%) questions found and on the evaluation using the SOAP format then the data results about 65%. This research should be used as a consideration ingredient in the documentation of the patient nursing records in the room using the diagnostic guidelines of the Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standard (SDKI). Keywords : Asthma, Ineffective airway clearance, Nursing care GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN ASMA DENGAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAPAS TIDAK EFEKTIF DI RUANG DAHLIA BRSU TABANAN TAHUN 2020 ABSTRAK Asma merupakan penyakit jalan nafas obstruktif intermiten, reversible dimana trakea dan bronki berespon secara hiperaktif terhadap stimulasi tertentu. Masalah keperawatan yag muncul dalam penyakit asma adalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. Bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif adalah ketidakmampuan membersihkan sekret atau obstruksi jalan nafas untuk mempertahankan jalan nafas tetap paten. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada pasien asma dengan bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif di BRSU Tabanan tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus yang dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu satu bulan yaitu pada bulan Maret sampai dengan bulan April 2020. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah dua orang. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pedoman observasi dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu pada pengkajian data mayor minor terdapat 5 ( 50%) pertanyaan yang sudah dikaji, pada diagnosa 7 (71 %) pertanyaan ditemukan, pada intervensi sebanyak 18 data dan pada data kasus terdapat 8 (57 %) data yang terkait dengan SIKI, pada implementasi 7 (50% ) pertanyaan ditemukan dan pada evaluasi menggunakan format SOAP maka data hasil sekitar 65% . Penelitian ini hendaknya dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam pendokumentasian catatan keperawatan pasien di ruangan dengan menggunakan pedoman diagnosa Standar Diagnosis Keperawatan Indonesia (SDKI).
