Abstract

ABSTRACT Asphyxia neonatorum is a situation of newborn infant who has a disorder that does not breathe or breathe breathing spontaneously and regularly after birth. Asphyxia neonatorum is a condition in which a newborn baby who has a disorder does not immediately breathe, cannot breathe spontaneously and regularly after birth. A problem in infants asphyxia neonatorum that often occurs is gas exchange disruption. The purpose of this study is to describe the nursing care in infants with asphyxia neonatorum with gas exchange disorders that include assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. This type of research is a type of descriptive research with a case study design. The subjects used were two subjects who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results showed a difference with the theory that has been conveyed both from the assessment to the evaluation of nursing. Based on observations, as for suggestions for nurses, it is expected to be able to increase the knowledge and skills of the latest references so that they can carry out comprehensive and optimal nursing care. Keyword: Nursing Care, Impaired Gas Exchange, Asphyxia Neonatorum ABSTRAK Asfiksia neonatorum adalah keadaan bayi baru lahir yang mengalami gangguang tidak segera bernafas, tidak dapat bernafas secara spontan dan teratur setelah lahir. Masalah pada bayi asfiksia neonatorum yang sering terjadi adalah gangguan pertukaran gas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan pada bayi asfiksia neonatorum dengan gangguan pertukaran gas yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosis, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Subjek yang digunakan yaitu dua subjek yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya perbedaan dengan teori yang telah disampaikan baik dari pengkajian sampai dengan evaluasi keperawatan. Berdasarkan observasi adapun saran bagi perawat diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampila terhadap acuan terkini sehingga mampu melakukan asuhan keperawatan secara komperehensif dan optimal.
