Abstract

Abstract: Performance Evaluation of Nursing Graduate Diploma Polytechnic Denpasar. The study aims to describe the performance evaluation of the Diploma of Nursing graduates of polytechnic Denpasar in health care and educational institutions. This type of research is survey. Sampling with consecutive sampling technique that within a month the 308 samples obtained Diploma of Nursing graduates and 44 graduates from 20 users of health services and an educational institution. Data is collected primary data obtained through questionnaires graduate performance by the graduates comprising: personal integrity, expertise based on science, English language, use of information technology, communication, teamwork, and self-development. Questionnaire completed by the NII Alumni consists of selfidentity , a data analysis technique used is descriptive technique. Graduates inferred identity tracked at 20 pelayanaan pendidika health and educational institutions 63 % satisfactory result on teaching useful in the repair process of teaching, quality of performance of graduates by the average user and is well worth the most valuable kind, Compliance expertise is well worth the graduates get jobs with a score of 54 % and 42 % very well, got a job waiting period is very well worth the 74 % with a waiting period of 0-3 month. Abstrak: Evaluasi Kinerja Lulusan Diploma III Keperawatan Politeknik Kesehatan Denpasar. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran evaluasi kinerja lulusan Diploma III Keperawatan Poltekkes Denpasar di Pelayanan kesehatan dan institusi pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey. Tehnik sampling dengan consecutive sampling yang dalam waktu satu bulan diperoleh sampel 308 orang lulusan Diploma III Keperawatan dan 44 orang pengguna lulusan dari 20 pelayanan kesehatan dan satu institusi pendidikan. Data dikumpulkan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui angket kinerja lulusan oleh pengguna lulusan yang terdiri dari : integritas kepribadian, keahlian berdasarkan bidang ilmu, bahasa Inggris, penggunaan teknologi informasi, komunikasi, kerjasama tim, dan pengembangan diri. Angket yang diisi oeh alumni terdiri dari identitas diri, Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif. Disimpulkan identitas diri Lulusan dilacak pada 20 pelayanaan kesehatan dan intitusi pendidika pendidikan hasilnya 63 % memuaskan tentang pengajaran berguna dalam proses perbaikan pengajaran, Mutu kinerja lulusan oleh pengguna rata–rata bernilai baik dan kebanyakan bernilai baik, Kesesuaian keahlian lulusan mendapatkan pekerjaan bernilai baik dengan skor 54 % dan sangat baik 42 %, Masa tunggu mendapat kerja bernilai sangat baik 74 % dengan masa tunggu 0-3 bulan.
