Abstract

COPD is a chronic disease that is characterized by the presence of obstructive air flow in the airways and lungs that are progressive and persistent as a chronic inflammatory response to exposure to harmful particles or gases. Nursing problems that arise in COPD patients are ineffective airway clearance. This study aims to determine the description of nursing care in COPD patients with ineffective airway clearance in the Oleg Room at Mangusada Badung Hospital in 2020. This study uses a descriptive study with a case study design of 2 documents of COPD patients by observing and comparing the two documents. Data collection tools used in the form of documentation study sheets. The results of this study indicate that, in the study found the DS and DO equations namely ineffective cough, excessive sputum, wheezing, restless breathing frequency changes and breathing patterns change while the data found is not able to cough, difficulty speaking, orthopnea, cyanois, breath sounds decreased. In diagnosis there are similarities in the components of PES, but they differ in the etiological. In planning there are no similarities in objectives and criteria for outcomes and interventions. In implementation there is no equation with theoretical references. In the evaluation there is an equation in the SOAP method but, there are differences in the objective data and assessment that are not in accordance with the theoretical references. Keywords: Nursing care, COPD, Airway clearance is not effective PPOK merupakan penyakit kronis yang ditandai dengan adanya hambatan aliran udara pada saluran napas dan paru yang bersifat progresif dan persisten sebagai respon inflamasi kronik terhadap paparan partikel atau gas berbahaya. Masalah keperawatan yang muncul pada pasien PPOK ini adalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada pasien PPOK dengan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif di Ruang Oleg RSD Mangusada Badung Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus terhadap 2 dokumen pasien PPOK dengan mengobservasi dan membandingkan kedua dokumen. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa lembar studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, pada pengkajian ditemukan persamaan DS dan DO yaitu batuk tidak efektif, sputum berlebih, wheezing, gelisah frekuensi napas berubah dan pola napas berubah sedangkan data yang tidak ditemukan yaitu tidak mampu batuk, sulit bicara, ortopnea, sianois, bunyi napas menurun. Pada diagnosa terdapat kesamaan pada komponen PES, tetapi berbeda dalam pemilihan etiologi. Pada perencanaan tidak terdapat persamaan pada tujuan dan kriteria hasil serta intervensi. Pada implementasi tidak terdapat persamaan dengan acuan teori. Pada evaluasi terdapat persamaaan pada metode SOAP tetapi, terdapat perbedaan pada data Obyetif dan Assesment yang belum sesuai dengan acuan teori.
