Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE IN PNEUMONIA CHILDREN WITH CLEAN ROADS ARE NOT EFFECTIVE IN THE DURIAN ROOM OF RSUD REGENCY OF KLUNGKUNG 2020 ABSTRACT Pneumonia is inflammation of the lung parenchyma, which is usually associated with the filling of alveoli by fluid. Populations that are susceptible to Pneumonia are children less than 2 years old, elderly over 65 years, or people who have health problems such as malnutrition, immunological disorders. In the pathophysiology of this disease, an increase in sputum production results in an ineffective problem of cleansing the airway, namely the inability to clean the secretions to maintain the patent airway. This study aims to determine the description of nursing care for pneumonia by cleaning the airway ineffective in children. This type of research is descriptive, with a case study design on two subjects examined by a documentation study in the Durian Room of RSUD Klungkung Regency. Data collection tools used in the form of observation sheets filled in by researchers about the data contained in nursing documents. Based on the results of case studies, the assessment found there are differences with the theory, the nursing diagnosis that is established there is no difference with the reference theory. Planning made there is a difference with theory. There are several actions that were not implemented. In the evaluation using SOAP format with the problem resolved. This shows that nursing care documentation is influenced by theories that are used as references by nurses and researchers. Room nurses have performed nursing care and nursing documentation in accordance with existing guidelines in the hospital but there are several sources of guidance or references that need to be updated in accordance with the latest scientific developments at this time. Keywords: Pneumonia, Airway clearance is not effective GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA ANAK PNEUMONIA DENGAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAPAS TIDAK EFEKTIF DI RUANG DURIAN RSUD KABUPATEN KLUNGKUNG TAHUN 2020 ABSTRAK Pneumonia merupakan peradangan pada parenkim paru, yang biasanya berhubungan dengan terisinya alveoli oleh cairan. Populasi yang rentan terserang Pneumonia adalah anak-anak yang kurang dari 2 tahun, usia lanjut lebih dari 65 tahun, atau orang yang memiliki masalah kesehatan seperti malnutrisi, gangguan imunologi. Pada patofisologi penyakit ini terjadi peningkatan produksi sputum sehingga menimbulkan masalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif yaitu ketidakmampuan membersihkan sekret untuk mempertahankan jalan napas tetap paten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pneumonia dengan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif pada anak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, dengan rancangan studi kasus pada dua subjek yang diteliti dengan studi dokumentasi di Ruang Durian RSUD Kabupaten Klungkung. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi yang diisi peneliti mengenai data – data yang tercantum pada dokumen keperawatan. Berdasarkan hasil studi kasus, pengkajian ditemukan terdapat perbedaan dengan teori, diagnosis keperawatan yang ditegakkan tidak terdapat perbedaan dengan teori acuan. Perencanaan yang dibuat terdapat perbedaan dengan teori. Implementasi terdapat beberapa tindakan yang tidak dilakukan. Pada evaluasi menggunakan format SOAP dengan masalah teratasi. Hal ini menunjukan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dipengaruhi oleh teori yang dijadikan referensi oleh perawat dan peneliti. Perawat ruangan sudah melakukan asuhan keperawatan dan dokumentasi keperawatan sesuai pedoman yang ada di rumah sakit namun ada beberapa sumber pedoman atau acuan yang perlu diperbaharui yang disesuian dengan perkembangan keilmuan terbaru saat ini.
