Abstract

GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN TUBERKULOSIS PARU DENGAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAFAS TIDAK EFEKTIF DI RUANG OLEG RSD MANGUSADA BADUNG TAHUN 2020 ABSTRAK Kasus tuberkulosis paru di RSD Mangusada Badung periode 2017-2019 sebanyak 87 kasus. Salah satu masalah keperawatan yang muncul pada pasien tuberkulosis paru yaitu bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada tuberkulosis paru dengan bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif meliputi data hasil pengkajian keperawatan sampai dengan hasil evaluasi keperawatan di Ruang Oleg RSD Mangusada Badung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi dokumentasi melalui dua dokumen pasien yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13 sampai dengan 16 April 2020. Hasil penelitian menemukan: pengkajian keperawatan dari kedua dokumen pasien memiliki kesamaan yaitu mengeluh sulit untuk bernafas, dam merasa sesak, dan batuk-batuk. Diagnosis keperawatan yang dirumuskan yaitu bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif berhubungan dengan sekresi yang tertahan. Perencanaan keperawatan mengacu pada SIKI. Implementasi keperawatan didokumentasikan menggunakan format yang sudah ada di ruangan. Evaluasi keperawatan yang digunakan yaitu metode pendokumentasian SOAP. Teori ini berbeda dengan acuan peneliti yang mana dalam perumusan diagnosis keperawatan peneliti menggunakan SDKI, sedangkan dalam perencanaan keperawatan dengan SLKI dan SIKI. Kata kunci: bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif, asuhan keperawatan, tuberkulosis paru DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE IN LUNG TUBERCULOSIS PATIENTS WITH CLEAN ROADS OF NAFAS NOT EFFECTIVE IN OLEG ROOM OF MANGUSADA BADUNG RSD 2020 ABSTRACT There were 87 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in RSD Mangusada Badung for the period of 2017-2019. One of the nursing problems that arise in pulmonary tuberculosis patients is that the clearance of the airway is not effective. This study aims to determine the description of nursing care in pulmonary tuberculosis with an ineffective airway clearance covering data from the results of nursing studies up to the results of nursing evaluation in the Oleg Room of Mangusada Regional Hospital, Badung. This research uses descriptive method with documentation study data collection technique through two patient documents conducted on 13 to 16 April 2020. The results of the study found: nursing studies of the two patient documents have in common namely complaining that it is difficult to breathe, feel tightness, and cough -cough. The nursing diagnosis that is formulated that is not effective airway clearance is associated with retained secretions. Nursing planning refers to SIKI. Nursing implementation is documented using a format that is already in the room. The nursing evaluation used is the SOAP documentation method. This theory is different from the researchers' reference which in the formulation of nursing diagnoses researchers use the IDHS, while in nursing planning with SLKI and SIKI.
