Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. “WH” 28 YEARS OLD MULTIGRAVID FROM THIRD TRIMESTER OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS OF POST PARTUM Case study heald at Puskesmas I Denpasar Timur area in 2020 ABSTRACT The goal of Indonesia's health development is the achievement of Healthy Indonesia in 2025, which is shown by reducing the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and decreasing Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). This report purposed to know the result of midwifery care that given to Mrs. “WH” started from trimester III of pregnancy until 42 days postpartum included newborn who given midwifery care according to standard. This study used case study method with data collection technique through interview, examination, observation and documentation. The care was given from Februari until May 2020. The development of Mrs. "WH" maternal pregnancy takes place normally, the mother has performed Antenatal Care in accordance with the standard 5 times at the Independent Midwife Practices and 2 times at the Doctor Sp.OG with the results of a normal maternal pregnancy and development in accordance with the gestational age, the mother has also made laboratory checks at gestational age 23 weeks 2 days with normal results.The labor through by vaginal delivery without complication. The first stage of labor spend 3 hours 15 minutes, the second stage in 19 minutes, the third stage in 6 minutes and the monitoring at the fourth stage was normal. The baby was born immediately crying, the muscle tone was active, the skin redness and the birth weight was 2590 grams. The process of involution uterus, the expulsion of lochea and lactation during the postpartum period was normal. Therefore, it was important to provide midwife care according to standard as an effort to observed and detected about complication in pregnancy, labor, postpartum and infant. ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA NY “WH” UMUR 28 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI KEHAMILAN TRIMESTER III SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Studi Kasus dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas I Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Timur Tahun 2020 ABSTRAK Tujuan pembangunan kesehatan Indonesia adalah tercapainya Indonesia Sehat pada tahun 2025, yang salah satunya ditunjukan oleh menurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan menurunnya Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB). Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu “WH” dari kehamilan Trimester III hingga masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir yang diberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar. Studi ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Asuhan diberikan dari bulan Februari sampai Mei 2020. Perkembangan kehamilan ibu “WH” berlangsung normal ibu sudah melakukan Antenatal Care sesuai dengan standar yaitu 5 kali di Praktik Mandiri Bidan dan 2 kali di Dokter Sp.OG dengan hasil kehamilan ibu normal dan perkembangan sesuai dengan umur kehamilan, ibu juga sudah melakukan cek laboratorium pada usia kehamilan 23 minggu 2 hari dengan hasil normal. Ibu bersalin pervaginam tanpa komplikasi. Kala I berlangsung selama 3 jam 15 menit, kala II 19 menit, kala III 6 menit dan pemantauan kala IV dalam batas normal. Bayi lahir segera menangis, tonus otot aktif, kulit kemerahan dan berat lahir 2590 gram. Proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lochea dan laktasi pada masa nifas berlangsung normal. Oleh karena itu, penting memberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar sebagai upaya untuk memantau dan mendeteksi penyulit dan komplikasi pada proses kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi.
