Abstract
Bronkopneumonia is an infection on pulmonary parenchyma caused by bacteria, virus, fungus or foreign objects. Nursing diagnoses which appears on Bronkopneumonia child is gas exchange disruption is the excess and deficiency of oxygenation or elimination of carbon dioxide on capillary alveolar membrane. The aim of this research is to find out description of nursing care on a Bronkopneumonia child with gas exchange disruption at Cilinaya ward Mangusada Badung public hospital on the year 2018. The research uses descriptive research with case study design.held on April 2018 The samples used are the two children who fulfill inclusion and exclusion The instruments used are observation and documentation guidelines.The result of this research is documentation of assessment which has been directed to theory but there are some data which have not been found.The nursing diagnose of the first and the second patient are different from theory. Nursing intervention to the first and the second patient are appropriate to theory. The nursing implementation to the first and the second patient are not appropriate to the theory.The nursing evaluation on writing evaluation are not appropriate to theory. This research is expected for the Hospital especially nurse as health team related to patient expected to increase knowledge and skill to the current reference so that able to do nursing care comprehensively and optimally.
